Yes that is the outcome and I respect the decision. We are all
not lawyers and it may well be true that alternative ways proposed
at that time are not possible in the end. Still I felt that Zach's tone
alienated others. But again that is just my personal opinion and
that was why I said I was "kind of glad that he is gone".
