Does OpenOCD have support to this Board?
I've checked the source at master and didn't find any information.
Is there any way that I can give to help develop it further?

on-board Segger™ J-Link™
The Cortex-M4 is essentially a Cortex-M3 with DSP instructions.
I've had no issues so far with this board and OpenOCD.
