If you want to do it under XP, I recommend to use Cygwin MinGW-w64 cross compiler which is maintained by the MinGW-w64 project. Or you can use TDM64. In that case, you also need a proper MSys installation. http://tdm-gcc.tdragon.net/download BTW, why not use 32bit MinGW compiler from MinGW.org? It is quite to easy to setup with mingw-get.
