BTW, your 64bit build will not work with those parallel port based
dongles. The issue is the driver used, as far as I know there are no
64bit giveio.sys, and 32bit drivers will not work for 64bit Windows.
Moreover, 64bit Windows Vista/Win7 (or 2008/2008R2) will require
the driver to be signed (Kernel Mode Code Signing).

I mentioned this issue back in 2009 but I think 64bit PCs
usually do not have parallel port so nobody has tested
your binary and find it does not work. :-)
