It is. I am using Xilinx FPGA right now and xc3sprog is great tool to
avoid running iMPACT and sick USB cable organization based on windrv,
this is why I recommended this before :-) If you need to use SVF
UrJTAG was working for me with Amontec JTAGKey2P and Xilinx FPGA :-)
There might be however some interest in fixing the svf parser in
openocd - why not to use both sources from OpenOCD and UrJTAG and
create a library? :-)
