I am Karthick ,now I am in IDE development for cortex-M3 controller . I would
like to know some of the information regarding OpenOCD development.
My development tools are ,
Target : Cortex -M3
Compiler : arm-none-linux-gnu-eabi-gcc (from codesourcery)
Debugger : arm-none-linux-gnu-eabi-gdb (from codesourcery)
Is that OpenOCD needed in addition to "arm-none-linux-gnu-eabi-gdb" ? If it so
what version of OpenOCD will assist with "arm-none-linux-gdb"?
Whether the OpenOCD running in host or Target?
What OpenOCD will actually doing?
