Hi Huiren, Thanks so much for all your help spreading the word. We'd love to have a piece from you, too! As for the scope of the articles: Stories from folks at any company are fine, but we need to be sure the focus of the incoming articles is on open source values/principles applied to management and leadership, not technical solutions, tools, etc. If a company is contributing to open source projects, and has a story about the way this affects engagement, management, leadership, accountability, etc., then that'd be perfect!
