We're very excited to see Chad become an ambassador. He's the founder of Gratipay, an extraordinarily interesting open organization that provides payment solutions for groups working the open source way [3]. Chad has written about [4] Gratipay's "hire yourself" employment philosophy and its "take-what-you-want" compensation system. He's already sent me a list of his next dozen ideas for open organization-themed articles for Opensource.com.
