Chad--two questions: 1) are you sending me an invite for Google Hangout
chat this afternoon?

2) I'm wrangling some schedule challenges...any chance we could actually
start at 3:15 pm, a bit later? if not, we'll do 3 pm as planned--but will
help me a lot if you have some flexibility.

Please advise on both fronts. Thanks!
