Hi, everyone! Today we're featuring a great review of George Couros' _The Innovator's Mindset_ from Opensource.com community moderator Don Watkins. Don, a former educator, draws interesting parallels between Couros' message and Jim's musings in _The Open Organization_. Check it out. Also, the open organization ambassadors are proud to announce the release of V1.0 of "The Open Organization Definition," now on Github [1]. The definition serves as a working document the community can use to evaluate and assess organizations at various stages in their journey toward openness. Feedback welcome!
