Hi everyone, I'm very pleased to make you all among the first to know: Jen Kelchner has agreed to become an open organization ambassador. She'll join her first meeting with the group this Thursday.
Jen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the group and our efforts. You probably recognize her byline from the excellent "In the Open" column at Opensource.com [1], which chronicles Jen's adventures building open teams and coaching leaders who want to make their organizations more open. Jen is an Atlanta, GA-based leadership and management consultant [2], and is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council. She just launched a new company, LDR21 [3], a consulting firm built explicitly on open organization principles. Jen has been instrumental in initiating and subsequently guiding the ambassadors' recent "maturity model" project, on which she will continue to work in this expanded role. You'll see the official ambassador roster and the GitHub team update shortly. In the meantime, please join me in welcoming Jen! Peace, love, and open source, Bryan [1] https://opensource.com/tags/open-column [2] http://www.jenkelchner.com/ [3] http://ldr21.com/ _______________________________________________ Openorg-list mailing list [email protected] https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/openorg-list
