Hi everyone,

I'm absolutely delighted to announce that Angela Robertson has agreed to
become an open organization ambassador.

Angela works as a senior manager at Microsoft, where she leads a
technical content team as part of the Clound and Enterprise group. She's
been writing about open management, open leadership, and collaborative
approaches to work since May of this year [1]. For the _Open
Organization Workbook_, she recently composed a candid and powerful case
study [2] about her experience creating a more open team culture, and is
already polishing her next piece on open leadership for publication
after the holidays.

Angela brings to the group many years of experience working in digital
technology organizations of all sizes (and in cultures with varying
degrees of openness!). That experience—combined with her generous spirit
and preference for sharing—position her to make welcome contributions to
our collective work.

Angela will join the group's first community call on December 14, so
you'll be able to meet her in person then. In the meantime, I hope
you'll join me in welcoming her to the community.

Thrilled to have you with us, Angela!

Sincerely,
Bryan
