I am still running revision 877 on my production box, until we can fix 
the segfault issue in revision 878 and later. It's an uneasy position to 
be in, since I know there are a lot of bug fixes that have gone in since 
that revision too, and lots of code/autoconf cleanups too. I'm looking 
forward to an officially-labelled 'stable' release, and think the 
feature freeze is a good idea.
