It was more like a question: "If a special version is needed...". So if
we can say 'at least version x.y or newer is necessary...' then is is okay.
I mixed my question with the fact that special versions of 
autoconf/automake/libtool is necessary. When I saw the spandsp version 
number, I just thought "oh no, not another one".
