Okay... I've said it once, I'll say it again, chan_exosip2 is nowhere near
ready as a replacement for chan_sip and no, right now - it has no
configuration file and no it does not need chan_sip. All it does is take in
SIP calls (only negotiates at ULAW right now) and throws them into the
default context. As for outbound, it uses SIP URIs or chan_sip fashion and
places outgoing ULAW calls. That's it. Finito. It's useless to you. Look
elsewhere.

Subject: [Openpbx-dev] chan_sip and chan_exosip2

Hello,

I need some informations about chan_sip and
chan_exosip2.

Does chan_exosip2 use the sip.conf file ?
Does chan_exosip2 need chan_sip ?

Which features are available when chan_exosip2 is used
?

Regards
Harry
