I figured ICD would probably be part of the puzzle. What's happening with it currently? Is it our holy saviour from dialplan hell? I had a browse through app_voicemail.c today... yikes, 200k of C in one file! There are a few customisations my company would like me to do to it, but I'm trying to stall them until we (opbx) decide if/when/how it's going to be rewritten.
