It should be enough (as a first step) to create a capi debug (see below). I didn't know about ticket #100, I found the problem for changeset 1238 when I was testing. The error in ticket #100 means "Facility not supported", but I don't know which facility was requested. Can you create a log with verbose level 5 and 'capi debug' ?
