OK, sorry, you are right.

I have tried a txfax session.

Maybe the problem is here:

DEBUG[3058240432] chan_sip.c: T38 state changed to 0 on channel SIP/888-b755

I do not have enough experience in T38 so don't even know what to look 
for. And google at the moment is quite poor of infos.
