Seems related to #120 from Trac but openpbx is failing to play my
prompts even if there is wav and gsm in
/usr/local/openpbx/var/data/sounds

Took the GSM from another box. Warnings I added to prove I wasn't
going crazy. Seems egnarf tried to patch this but I didn't have any
success w/ those changes either.

Any advice would be great.
