I would like to suggest we arrange a phone conference, or at least a chat conference and sort out what needs to be done to get to a release and who volunteers to do what. > With the Hashing case sensitive implemented rightnow, we also have to > make sure user who upgrade from asterisk know that they have to make > sure their configuration options are correct. We could write a script to convert any application name in the dialplan to the correct case. This is a fairly straightforward task. A quick and dirty way would be to scan all lines that have "exten" as the first word, followed by "=" or "=>" , then search for the second comma and test the following identifier whether it matches any known application name (case insensitive), then replace it with the case sensitive equivalent. All people have to do then is run the script to convert their dialplan to a case sensitive version. Anyway, let's try to organise a chat/tel conference to sort out the remaining issues. rgds benjk > > So people please lookup the documentation, and try it out also > > Marc O.
