-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hello everybody,
I came across the release notes of the latest development version of spandsp the other day which supports T.38. Then, I realized that OpenPBX integrates T.38 support on RxFax() and TxFax(). Now, I wonder if it's possible to fax from/to an old school fax machine connected to an analogue Zaptel device using T.38 signalling on the IP side, too? If I understand the feature set of spandsp correctly, it should have the necessary functionality, i.e. a T.38 gateway and a V.17 softmodem?! If the necessary link between spandsp and OpenPBX is not there yet, what has to be implemented make it work?
