opbx_frfree() has been renamed to opbx_fr_free() recently.

I noticed this recently, too. The configure script of OpenPBX seems to
detect and use shared libraries which ought to be recompile from source.
 Now, I always remove all OpenPBX binary and include files before
re-running configure and the results have become much more reproducible :-/
