In my setup this does not happen everytime, and it might happen in other
situations too. I said earlier that it happens if an admin leaves the
conference while another user is joining, but after trying this for 15
times, it has only happened one or two times.

However, it also happens if two users leave at the same time, which is
the case in the BT I am attaching here. I hope you can make use of it.

It can happen on members which have been called from NConf and also for
members which have joined normally by dialing in.


By the way, there should be some sort of queueing on the voice prompts
you hear in NConf, because if I join at the same time someone quits the
conference (and it doesn't crash), I hear:
"you are in conference number 1 2 3 4 5 * has left the conference",
while the member that left the conference really has the caller id
"21650971". I believe the prompt should have been:
"you are in conference number 1 2 3 4 5. 21650971 has left the
conference"
