Ahem... you know how a patch works? Copy it into your opbx-dir, execute
patch -p0 -i ${filename_of_patch} --dry-run, see if there are no failed
hunks, remove the --dry-run, run again, make, make install, restart opbx.
You have to insert hints for the extensions to monitor and pickup in your
configuration, then you have to set your snom-softbuttons as extensions,...
you can find all that on the voip-info.org wiki.
Or do you mean the snom-patches from bristuff?
