Yes that problem looks similar and with a SVN checkout from today these
changes are moved into the tree. But now there is another unresolved
symbol in the same app:

symbol lookup error:
/usr/local/OpenPBX/lib/openpbx.org/modules/app_sql_mysql.so: undefined
symbol: LOCL_USER_REMOVE

Are all include files included there? I don't find where are
"LOCL_USER_REMOVE()" is from.
