Some time ago, there were folks looking for a way to "broadcast" a voice
messages to PSTN based voice mail services. The short-of-it is that
they were stymied but vast differences of greetings and potential
instructions that played when the various voice mail services answered
and thus could not accurately gauge when to play broadcast message.
Broadcast messages left on the various voice mail services were
typically truncated to some variable point from the start of the message.

If there is still interest in such an application, I've figured out
fairly simple, elegant and reliable solution using opbx_dsp_silence() to
gauge when all the "noise" finally stops and it is safe to play the
broadcast message.

At this time I've tested the solution with voice mail services provided
by Clarity, Cox, Qwest, SBC, Cingular, Verizon and Vonage.

Anyway, if there is any further interest I'll be happy to share how it
was done.
