Hi Alex,

You can configure your dial plan so it record all the calls.  Just make 
sure you have a system in place so you do not fill out your hard drive.

I would suggest you do not run OpenPBX or any other PBX under a vmware 
in production.

I personally cannot suggest any softphone... Except that you must get 
good Digital Headset to have good quality calls (help reduce the echo).

Im running OpenPBX for 37 SIP Phone in 3 different office plus multiple 
remote user without a glitch.  The only issue I have are connectivity.
