Hi CtRiX! As an OSXer, as you call us, I am very grateful for all the work you have done for moving OpenPBX to the state where it is today. I just wish we could be of more help resolving the issues that there is with OS X. But I want you to know that we don't have a lack of interest. > > At the moment we have serious problems supporting OSX both because > - it has very personalized libraries I don't know what you mean by that, maybe you mean that Apple is putting libraries at odd places? > - no one of the *active* developers has a mac to properly test the > code > - no one of the OSXers (if any) seems really interested in fixing the > few remaining issues (the CLI problem, for example) I know Benjamin (benjk) have put a lo of effort into fixing the CLI problem. OK, but that explanation is lost on me, sorry :) > The solution is ready for the CLI issue on my iMac, but that doesn't > solve the slow select/poll issue on Darwin. That, at least, I should be able to help out (testing I mean). Just show me how, and I will test. > > Anyway i would be glad to see some OSX people who can actively test > *and* _develop_ on Darwin joining us so that OSX can be supported > better > in the future (and not ignored because of a lack on interest). As I said above, I am willing to test. I am very interested to see OpenPBX succeed. imyrvold _______________________________________________ Openpbx-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.openpbx.org/mailman/listinfo/openpbx-users
