I working for company who paid for ICD development.

We use OpenPBX with ICD since 1 year with very good result: Call Center
- about 300 agents, ICD is fully integrated with our CRM

We made some patches for ICD and OpenPBX, all our patches are in SVN 
trunk's - so please don't hesitate to use them
