I think we need a new name to prevent some conflicts with the law.
"CallWeaver" sounds nice.
Towards the foundation: I mot sure if wee need them. E.g. in Germany
this would create a lot of bureaucratic overhead. I don't know how it is
in other countries. If it really helps to speed up the progress of the
project we should found one. If not, we should suspend this step.
