There has been a little talk here about creating a foundation for
the project. This is probably a lot of work. Has anyone considered
submitting the project to the Apache Foundation? I believe they have very
clear and specific rules for how this works and the state the project must
be in. It may be worth considering. Being associated with the Apache
Foundation would be a very powerful marketing tool.
It was suggested in the past. Are you volunteering to look into the
requirements and assess our fitness for submission?
