You can never really tell with NAT, as people do such strange things 
with it. However, we have developed the T.38 code to be very NAT 
friendly. The key thing here is we reuse the RTP port. If RTP 
communication was working OK before a reinvite to switch to T.38, UDPTL 
should work OK after the reinvite is successful.
