Tony, I was joking with you. You have the wrong OpenPBX. This is a software product, not hardware.

From what I can tell, there should be the first 4 port (pairs) for incoming PSTN CO lines and the last 12 ports starting on pin 27 (pair 14) to be used for extension telephones.
