As of 2007-01-01 the OpenPKG Project [0] policies [1] were slightly changed (see under [X] below for wording) to allow more transparently to protect the clear and straightforward OpenPKG license [2], issued to everyone by the OpenPKG Project, from being attenuated and undermined by third parties' rights. For this it is necessary that __Contributors__ ensure the OpenPKG Project receives all rights required to continue this offering by explicitly acceeding the new OpenPKG Contributor Agreement (OCA) document [3].
