The %{l_prefix}/rc.d/rc.%{name} files are no config files, are not tagged as such and
are therefor overwritten without notice and backup.
1.) rpmlint should ensure they are not tagged as %config
2.) a "DO NOT EDIT" comment should be placed in the rc files and rclint should check
for it.
