Using bind-9.2.2-1.3.0 with openpkg-1.3.0-1.3.0, a "%{l_prefix}/etc/rc
bind restart" or "... stop start" keeps the previous bind instance
running. Manually killing the daemon then executing "... start" helps to
load a new configuration.
