There seems to be no rc script in the apache2 src.rpm (unless it's dynamically generated). I haven't installed 2.0.43-20030111, but I noticed the prob with my existing 2.0.43-20021004 (modified to fix an earlier prob with expat), so I did an rpm --rebuild of the 20030111 version and grep'd for it in the output of rpm -ql.
