There are probably some inconsistencies between where and how (what owner and
permissions) rcfile-based logging operates and what the specfile writer expects.

For example, assume a package foo has rc.foo and foo.spec. If there is a %daily
section in rc.foo, it will likely rotate a logfile, writing to some log directory.
This directory is created in a foo.spec by shtool mkdir, and possibly altered by
rpmtool %attr. The directory mode must allow writing by any log commands (like shtool
rotate) launched by rc.
