But I think we have to add some enable_shared=yes to
src/interfaces/libpgtcl/ to make sure a libpgtcl.so is also created,
because I guess Tcl will want to _load_ a DSO and not _relink_ itself,
right? Does anyone know more about how Tcl extensions have to look to
make sure they can be loaded dynamically by Tcl?
