Errr... NO! I veto this. Just because the Trolltech guys use a strange
naming scheme should not mean that the OpenPKG package also has to adopt
this. We have only a single Qt package and everyone knows Qt under "qt".
So the OpenPKG should still read just "qt". So please switch this back
to the original name.

BTW, the "Name: foo" always has to correspond to foo.spec. Else lots
of things like the RDF/XML Index generation and other things might be
broken. Not to mention that it is confusing, because everyone assumes
that from a specification foo.spec a package foo results.
