libgcc_s.so.1 is missing. As far as I can see this is a library
that belongs to the system's gcc installation and is not part
of openpkg.
Was anything changed on the system ? Like a gcc update ?
In any case, if you cannot restore the library somehow you
have to recompile and reinstall perl.
