Hello Ralf,

Okay, I chose the invisible option #7, and accordingly smerged the Qt
dispatcher code from yet to be released 2.3.9 into our 2.3.7 package. I'll
leave it up to you to decide if it belongs in the release or not. You might
consider changing our package mico-2.3.7 to mico-2.3.7a or something like
that, although I'm not that picky.
