It was added by Christoph very early in the development of OpenPKG
because he thought it could be useful, but it is actually crap so we
reverted the original decision to package it and removed it again.
We're not Debian or FreeBSD where really everything on earth has a
corresponding package. If something is not really needed and of not high
enough quality, usefulness and reusability, we definetely do not want to
provide it (any longer).
