I've removed the php package, and have been trying to get the various
modules I would like to have working.  The first cut with everything we
might want to use enabled segfaults with a mutex error in sysvsem shared
memory (at least that's something like it).

Now I've backed off the modules, adding them one at a time until I find
ones that break things.  So far it's working with mod_ssl and mod_perl.

Fortunately I'm running on a reasonably fast machine (dual PIII 1GhZ with a
gig of RAM) so rebuilding doesn't take a long time.
