Be careful, now the rules (*.cf) are in <prefix>/share/spamassassin/
and not <prefix>/etc/spamassassin/ and in <prefix>/man/man3/ are
unneccessary manual pages. So, you additionally now have to redirect
the stuff to PKG_LOCAL_RULES_DIR again on the "make install" line and
you've to prune the man3 stuff (which we do not install because there is
<prefix>/bin/perldoc which does it on-the-fly).
