In some cases when 3rd party replacement software exists (pth or ncurses for example),
an OpenPKG package fails to build for mismatching include and lib symbols. A general
or at least consistent solution to the problem is needed.
To reproduce this, install pth::with_pthread = yes. Then try to build openldap on the
same machine. The openldap package relies on posix thread functions in libpthread or
lib_c, and will fail when compiled with GNU pth include files.
