All three changes were integrated into CURRENT, the third one recently,
see http://cvs.openpkg.org/chngview?cn=12796 resulting in the following

%option with_vhost no
%option with_group no
PS: hopefully we are now closer to finally getting an official
OpenPKG kolab package.
