I added 'plus' partially because I noticed that 'minus' was already valid,
which is quite logical. It brings consistency to the rule. However, it seems
that vcheck allows 'minus' but not 'plus' symbols in names (huh?), so I was
wrong to remove the exception to the rule.

I also like xmlrpcxx or xmlrpcpp better. I used xmlrpc++ only to exactly
match the name as given by the author.
