OpenPKG does not use the RedHat "perl(MODULENAME)" style requirements,
so there is no need for "perl.req". See our various "perl-xxx"
packages how Perl modules are installed the OpenPKG way through
"perl-openpkg". And keep in mind that since a few days there is a
rewritten "perl-openpkg" in OpenPKG-CURRENT, so make sure you are using
the latest version.
