Well, your libredcarpet-python.spec seems to contain those dependencies
or you've not used the OpenPKG RPM for building (or at least not with
"AutoReq: no" and "AutoReqProv: no") and so the RPM automatically added
those stuff. RedHat's RPM usually contain those dependencies and there
they are auto-generated.
